The Flow Codes: 52 Weeks of Abundance, Healing, and More

Welcome to an ALL-NEW energetic transformation and what I know will be a truly beautiful year for you, as you allow the support within this tapestry of energies known as The Flow Codes.

Each individual track contains a multitude of layers and HOURS of healing work, so feel free to listen as often as you would like. With each new listen, more of you can heal, release, unfold, stabilize, and create in beautiful and glorious ways.

As each old layer is shed, you are able to then open to even more, and so the expansion process can continue through the fulfillment of your desires for what I know will be an incredible 52 weeks of learning how to fully embrace, love, be, receive, and create ALL you desire.

This year is not simply about “more energy.” It is about cleaner signal, greater safety, deeper support, embodied intuition, nervous system resets, biological opening, stronger boundaries, sustainable abundance, and living in a way where the whole of you can finally begin to agree with the life you are here to live.

In many ways, this is LIFE 2.0 – a life where your Soul comes HOME, healed, awakened, and unleashed as you merge into a new space of peace, support, flow, well-being, and True Connection.

These beautifully soothing and healing tracks come in three forms:

1. Energy Only – for those of you who may want to simply loop these, play them at work, from your phone, or in any space where you want beauty, grace, calm, and support to permeate your life.

2. The Musical Immersions – backed to beautiful music, giving you hours of session work in each track so you can rest, meditate, walk, cook, sleep, create, and receive.

3. The “Mini Miracle” Super-Charged Tracks – a one-minute energetic delivery containing the full spectrum of the work in a short and easily integrated format.

Each week, you will receive a new email from me, including the versions of the Energy Session for that week, along with a description of the energies, intent, and support of the track itself. These are energetic sessions and building blocks for the next year to come.

This collection is designed as a working library. Each track serves a specific function and can be used on its own or as part of a larger rhythm. You can move through it week by week, or follow what your system needs in the moment.

As I have said before, frequency is information carried on a wave. That means much of what we experience or create is a direct result of what we repeatedly hold, rehearse, feel, and become available for within our own field.

We often approach change as though it must come from outside of us. And yet, just as we would tune a piano or change a recipe, when we change what is moving within us, the sound that comes out – the life we are living – begins to change as well.

Every thought, feeling, memory, fear, desire, heartbreak, celebration, belief, and expectation carries a signature. Over time, these signatures form patterns. And those patterns shape what feels safe, what feels possible, what we repel, what we receive, what we choose, and what we create.

The Flow Codes are designed as giant tuning forks for your body, your nervous system, your heart, your field, your clarity, your abundance, and your creative life. They help clear drag, loosen old patterns, and bring your system into greater coherence so that what you desire can finally land somewhere stable.

This is one of the reasons this year matters so much. We are not only healing old material. We are learning how to LIVE differently – with peace in the body, flow in action, clarity in the mind, love in the heart, and support moving through every area of life.
