If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will offer you an exchange or refund up to 3 days after the time of your purchase on downloaded items only, unless otherwise stated. Personal sessions, appointments, pet scans, and other programs requiring time blocks are non-refundable. Refunds are only available on monthly programs where less than 70% has been downloaded.
Note: Any Vibrational Sound Therapy 52 Week programs are non-refundable if you purchase and receive all tracks at once.
