It’s my favorite Holiday quote – right behind the Egg Nogg scene from Christmas vacation – so you know I have to say it:

Lol. Okay, now that I’ve gotten that out of the way, let’s talk Turkey – literally – especially as the holiday season is almost upon us, as we head into Thanksgiving here in the U.S., and around the world, we enter a sacred time which can bring about times for reflection, momentum, celebration, love, as well as old trigger energies.

Often times, as we approach the holiday season, we find that these remaining weeks of the calendar year can be a time of unintended triggers around family, finance, and even fun – physically, mentally AND most definitely, emotionally. This time of year, brings us into contact with relationship patterns, buried belief systems and judgments from deep in childhood or the family structure, weight gain, and just overall family stress, and it can creep up, slide down the chimney before we even know it.

This year, you can have the holiday of your DREAMS – and be supported, throughout the entire space, with Love, Joy, Peace, FLOW, and even more!

No matter what your background, no matter what your situation, this is a time to come together with high-vibrational beings who share Love. Even if you are feeling isolated during what might normally be a time of travel or celebration, we can celebrate together!

First, a little back-story, for those of you who may not know:

Back in 2013, I spent a week with my family during the holidays… 27 of us – all under one roof! Packed in like sardines, my family tends to be a motley bunch (anyone who hasn’t heard the story of my mom and my sister in what’s hilariously been referred to as the wedding weekend, “Budha Fights Jesus” story, will be in for a treat!), yet that year, there was peace throughout the entire house.

So each year since, I’ve Made My Super Covert Awesome Secrets for a great holiday filled with love and support available to you… and THEM!

Anyone who knows me can tell you that I love this time of year. I love the weather, the movies, the decorations… and maybe most of all, the music!

So, in order to “sneak” some peace, joy, abundance, and love into the holiday gatherings, I created an album of holiday styled music… WITH FREQUENCIES!

Basically, I created a brand-new Program filled with the powerful, fun, supportive, playful energies we all dream of as children AND as adults – of abundance, healing, and miracles all wrapped up in a beautiful bow of bountiful energetic support – FOR EVERYONE!

It worked so well, that several family members even remarked that their prayers had been answered by such a peaceful holiday under the same roof.

Through the laws of resonance, we then begin to pull these vibrations to us which match that uneasy feeling. The open heart is our gateway to the kingdom, in all spaces – be it multi-dimensionally, or in this body, here and now. As we open our heart, we heal all of our old wounds, and we lift into a new dimensional space of healing, of Light, of Abundance, of Synchronicity, and of Joy. In this space, we truly know our purpose, and we feel One with all we are, knowing who we are and why we chose to embody in this world. We feel renewed, and our zest and joy for life is returned.

Childhood Innocence

Return to the state of grace and flow so often seen in our states of childhood. Many of us did not have a childhood, or if we did, it was not one we fully felt present in, or as if we fit in.

With this energy, we are able to fully access that space within us which is so pure and innocent that we often shut it down so as to protect it from the world. By accessing and fully merging with this energy, we allow our magic to come back to us. We regain our sense of wonder and joy, and we open to receiving through playfully engaging with an abundant and ever-loving universe.

The Return of Family

The wounds of family are some of the most deeply traumatic, and these traumas show up in spades during the holiday season. Yet, while family is often one of the core wounds people carry, it is also one of the core desires: we desire to have a group of people love us unconditionally, to accept us for all we are, and to love us deeply, no matter what. We want people to stand with us, to protect us, to create with us, to celebrate us, and to love us… this is the return to family… the knowing of that true love which endures all and has no strings, no cords, and no conditions. It is deeply restorative and deeply gentle, peaceful, healing, and soothing.

Lasting Love

Many people have experienced love in the human way, where it has “conditions.” What if there was a love so powerful, it permeated all you are, all you do, and all you could ever be? This lasting love is the true love of All That is, and this energetically infused magical journey is meant to spark the recognition within of when you’ve been that love, and bring that love back into your field fully and presently.

This beautiful energy lovingly helps one realize just how amazing they are, how worthy they are, and helps to heal and release all the core and genetic blockages around truly knowing the self as Source would see you.

The Merry Mitochondria

Mitochondria are the “energy factories” of our body. Metaphysically, they do much more! It is believed they also help connect us into the quantum field while also serving as a “link” into the various forms of light as matter which we are. Therefore, as we “cleanse” these states of being or awareness within the energy, we also open to beautiful new ways of being, communicating, and moving into new spaces of wholeness and well-being.

This is very fun, power-house energy which was created to help reconnect “body, mind, and spirit,” so as to help you be grounded in a state of full-on divine perfection, fully Connected and aware of your true divine purpose, while also simply feeling good about the life you’re living.

Inflammation

One of the peak energies I saw in 2022 and I’ve seen again in 2023, inflammation underscores a deeper “root” energy of overall uncertainty within life. It may be related to an uncertainty about the future, or relate back to a childhood or previous experience where the rug was consistently or all at once “pulled out” from under you.

Expectations of “I don’t know if I will be okay” can create some of the most tense and stressful experiences – especially during holiday or family settings, which is why I loaded this track with soothing energies to nourish your body and to ease your mind, while also helping you to release whatever energies you may be holding onto keeping any denser energies locked into place, for a more free flow and easier expression!

Generational Cleansing

One of the most consistently requested energetic topics during live calls and sessions, this track gets to the heart of anything you may be carrying for family members, and takes it a step further by also looking at all the energy you’re carrying for your own SELF via any hidden lifetimes, alternate timelines, past, present, or future, and helping to fully release, so as to ONLY ever be in YOUR own sovereign and joyous, choice-filled field of I AM Awareness.
