Lol. Okay, now that I’ve gotten that out of the way, let’s talk Turkey – literally – especially as the holiday season is almost upon us, as we head into Thanksgiving here in the U.S., and around the world, we enter a sacred time which can bring about times for reflection, momentum, celebration, love, as well as old trigger energies.
Often times, as we approach the holiday season, we find that these remaining weeks of the calendar year can be a time of unintended triggers around family, finance, and even fun – physically, mentally AND most definitely, emotionally. This time of year, brings us into contact with relationship patterns, buried belief systems and judgments from deep in childhood or the family structure, weight gain, and just overall family stress, and it can creep up, slide down the chimney before we even know it.

First, a little back-story from Jarrad:
Back in 2013, I spent a week with my family during the holidays… 27 of us – all under one roof! Packed in like sardines, my family tends to be a motley bunch (anyone who hasn’t heard the story of my mom and my sister in what’s hilariously been referred to as the wedding weekend “Budha Fights Jesus” story will be in for a treat!), yet that year, there was peace throughout the entire house.
So each year since, I’ve Made My Super Covert Awesome Secrets for a great holiday filled with love and support available to you… and THEM!
Anyone who knows me can tell you that I love this time of year in America. I love the weather, the movies, the hustle and bustle, the decorations… and maybe most of all, the music!
So, in order to “sneak” some peace, joy, abundance, and love into the holiday gatherings, I created a holiday album… OF FREQUENCIES!

If you could let it all go, and be someone new, right now, without any of the old relationships or cords, who would you be? Healing and Releasing Family Struggles and Wounds
Even if you won’t be around your family, you may notice that you suddenly fall back into old money stories, or that you begin acting in patterns similar to a parent or sibling, or feel drawn into certain patterns, which you notice are not your normal energy.
This is a bit similar to the generational cleansing, but hones in on a specific level of genetic and core beliefs, and the actual intra-personal struggles and wounds those beliefs can create. For example, our self-worth is often developed very early in childhood and enforced through the family system, same with health patterns, monetary beliefs, and most of our unconscious beliefs which are the really pesky ones, create some of the deepest wounds, which we then begin to link to other events in life, and form these chains…
Before we know it, we become tangled up in these chains like the ghost of Christmas past, and we feel stuck in our lives, but we don’t even know why!
This track was created to help break those chains, and transmute those energies, so that there is no longer anything running in the foreground or background of your field which you did not consciously, in this moment authorize, so that you are consciously and through choice, living your best life, free of any old obligation, sacrifice, or martyrdom energies.

Loving and Embracing Myself as My Inner Child
I whole-heartedly love that message, and in a large way, that is what this track is about: it is about getting in touch with your own inner child in a way where you become so loving and protective of that beautiful being, that you start to treat yourself with the care and kindness he or she should have received.
This is a deeply healing and loving energy, which goes VERY deep, and can help you turn a lifetime of self-separation into a beautiful new template of fully loving yourself in every way possible.
You owe it to yourself to give yourself this king of love!

Celebration Abounds
To truly celebrate everything, we first have to let go of resistance, open to allowing, and really know how deeply safe, secure, and wholly loved we truly are, which is where this beautiful track begins.
Then, we amplify the energies, and we move into what it is to be in embodiment, which is another huge place we often get stuck, because we believe embodiment means relationships, taxes, sickness, work, death… you could probably write a whole page just on the negative beliefs we have a bout that! So, we start to release those, which opens us up to being here, being now, and being LOVED… and when we open to that? IT IS PARTY TIME!!

Releasing Grief, Fear, Lack, and Strife
So, this one is pretty straight forward, getting right into fear clear, grief release – and grief is everything from losing loved ones, feeling as if you’ve lost the self (nostalgia), or just that deep, deep feeling of loss or separation, which even goes back to our first individuation form source or star seed energy, sometimes. Then, we look at lack energies, and how those can create strife in our life, in all areas, creating a huge tune up, as well as a big overall warm hug, because you are LOVED!

Receiving All My Goodness in Happiness and Love
So, this track is all about really allowing us to say what we want, and mean it, and then, really opening to having it, aligning with it, and receiving it.
There are also templates where sometimes people allow, but then they won’t allow themselves to be happy or joyful, or they have to create drama or some type of crisis or existential separation or drama to “pay” for all the goodness they’ve created; that’s why this track is layered with happiness and love, as well, so that as you align and receive, you begin to associate and create new connection points, so that manifestation becomes happy, joyful, easy, and consistent, in the new energy of joy, prosperity, and love!

One of the biggest gifts I ever received, was the gift of Love, Life, God. The Conversations recorded in that book changed my life, and continues to change my life, because its message is all about how to love myself, fully.
One of the things I never expected, was that as I grew, what it meant to fully love myself would change, and that’s where I find this track to be so powerful and fun, in it’s frequency work. Who you are today, is not who you were yesterday. Yet, so often, we act as if we are the same being we were 50 days, even 50 years ago, and we don’t allow ourselves to change how we love ourselves.
