So, just how does all this work? Well… here is a little more backstory:
In 2014, I spent a week with my family during the holidays… 27 of us – all under one roof! Packed in like sardines, my family tends to be a motley bunch (anyone who hasn’t heard the story of my mom and my sister in what’s hilariously been referred to as the wedding weekend “Budha Fights Jesus” story will be in for a treat!), yet that year, there was peace throughout the entire house.
So, in 2015, I was challenged to do it again, and guess what? Peace!
So, what happened? How did my family gatherings go from full on daytime talk show craziness to peaceful, civil, and even LOVING experiences? Well, in order to “sneak in” some peace, joy, abundance, and love into the holiday gatherings, I had created holiday albums… OF FREQUENCIES!

Often times, the holidays mark remembrances of the life we strived to escape or leave as children or even as adults, and thus, any “leftover” energies we may have avoided throughout the rest of the year can pop up at the most unassuming of times.
This goes deep into opening you to who YOU desire and CHOOSE to be – rather than taking in ideas and ideologies which were passed down energetically or even biologically.

So much of the energies this year have been about who we are outside of time and space, and the knowing we have, yet often choose to leave, to come and experience life on this plane and on this planet.
This energy is all about knowing the answer to a question many of you have heard me ask throughout the year: “What Would A Master Do?”
A Master – Your Self beyond space and time, fully ascended and known as Source – knows that “I create all” through my thoughts, feelings, emotions, and deeper and even more importantly through my vibrational resonance. A Master understands and sees with multi-dimensional clarity, so that the understanding exists of what is “mine” or what is not “mine,” thus bringing a deep sense of awareness – consciousness – and expanded ability to release all which is not of your true essence.
A Master knows “where focus goes, energy flows, and creation grows.” Therefor a Master Truly Knows The Self, and is able to create and experience all from that space of deep knowing.

Tis the season, and part of the holiday joys is about giving and receiving – whether in the form of a smile, a deed, or even a physical present, the energies represent connection, appreciation, and the understanding of what it is to be a part of something “bigger” wherein you are loved, appreciated, and also love and appreciate those around you. It is a time to celebrate life and the many joys we have, and will have.
For many, this is also a time where they look back or look out on life and they see where they’ve been neglected by friends or family, or where they themselves have neglected to tend relationships.
The energies can create larger feelings of being cast out or of not having enough, not being enough, or not being loveable – and thus, this track goes deep to open one to RECEIVING and then working the various life subjects around what it is to truly be abundant, and to be safe and seen, to be appreciated, and to confidently create and speak into existence that which you are and that which you desire to become – this is about receiving REAL and lasting ab undanced in the form of transformations, gifts, miracles, movement, and new timelines of opportunity, growth, wisdom, and love!

The Gift Inside Us All
This is such a big one, not just around the holidays, but year-long: it is the energy of projection: ie creating and preparing for worst-case scenarios in our head and constantly feeling anxious and on edge, based on our expectations, no matter how “real” or rooted in “reality” those may be.
Thus, there is a LOT of blank page energy in this track.
Don’t be alarmed if you’re listening to this, and suddenly you forget where you are or what you’ve been doing – that is actually a HUGE energetic reset occurring, so that what you’d been unconsciously projecting, and thus creating in the future, has now changed and you’re back in choice based from love and authority as the I AM Presence.
This energy then allows for one to move from that reactive and projective state into Oneness with Divine Sovereign Authority and Love, and allows the knowing that “all things come to me worked out and ready to go!”

Whooooo this is a goodie!
We are starting off with fear clear and moving all the old anger and resentment that often keeps that in place, and then we are moving right on into “oh but…” aka all the places where you let doubt cancel your creation!
Guilt is one of those energies that just absolutely can jam-pack our energetic closets, so we don’t have space for all the goodies we desire.
So, as we move through the levels and layers of guilt, and we release any old anger or resentment, whether aimed at the self or at “other” we begin opening to a new state of consciousness and a new awareness which frees our space and frees us to really choose and allow, thus a new and open flow of miracles and transformational living!
